with Mi Alma Yoga
Spend five days and four nights with us in the relaxing and luxurious Amansala Resort. Greet the day with a vinyasa yoga class led by your Mi Alma teachers: Jesse, Dezza, and Monica. Then, pursue the day at your own leisure enjoying activities with your retreat mates or spending some quiet time on your own. We'll wind down at the end of the day with a slower, more restorative type of yoga to set the tone for your evening. What a wonderful way to reset this coming winter!
